Biography
Dr. Christine Loh is Chief Development Strategist, Institute for the Environment at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a lawyer by training and a commodities trader by profession. In the 1990s, she became a prominent legislator, before establishing a non-profit think tank to help find policy solutions. She is a former Undersecretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government.
Christine had served on the board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, and is currently on the boards of CDP Worldwide, Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Limited, and Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited. She is Senior Advisor to Teneo, Sustainability Advisor to Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, and a member of BASF's Stakeholder Advisory Council. She has authored many academic and popular works and received many awards.

Hendrik Rosenthal
Director – Group Sustainability, CLP Holdings Limited
Biography
Hendrik Rosenthal is responsible for CLP Group’s sustainability-related strategy, reporting and communications. He supports the senior management in sustainability and climate change-related risk management and advises on sustainability matters of the Group's power business in the Asia-Pacific region.
With more than 20 years of experience in sustainability and environmental management across the public, private and NGO sectors, Hendrik previously led research and consulting projects in Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Hendrik currently sits on a number of committees on sustainability-related matters, including as Director of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), Co-Chair of the Sustainability Committee for the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and an advisory panel member for the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), amongst others.

Mark Harper Group Head of SustainabilityJohn Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited
Biography
Mr Mark Harper has worked for around 20 years in the field of corporate sustainability. As Group Head of Sustainability at Swire, Mr Harper is responsible for managing the Group Sustainable Development Office, and leading on the design, execution and performance monitoring of global corporate strategy for sustainability for the Swire Group, and on acting as the lead change agent in driving improved sustainability performance and best practices, with a view to further embed sustainability into overall business strategy for Swire.
Prior to taking up the Group Head of Sustainability role, Mr Harper had worked at John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd. for over seven years, where he was responsible for managing the Group’s ESG disclosures as well as advising operating companies on their own ESG submissions. In addition to his work on ESG ratings, Mr Harper was also responsible for advising the Group on policy and strategy development, particularly in the areas of climate resilience, biodiversity and sustainable waste management. He also sits on the Board of Business Environment Council, the Executive Committee of the Drink Without Waste working group and is Vice Chair of the Environment and Energy Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.Mr Harper has extensive experience of ESG disclosure standards such as GRI and the Hong Kong Exchange ESG Reporting Guide, as well as conducting sector focused benchmarking studies, corporate environmental management, as well as organising hands-on corporate citizenship and CSR training programmes.
Before joining John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Ltd., Mr Harper worked in a number of senior management roles at high profile NGOs including the Earthwatch Institute, Fauna & Flora International, China Water Risk, and Business Environment Council, where he was responsible for managing the organisations advisory services on ESG reporting and corporate sustainability strategy development.

Wilson heads PwC’s global technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry practice. He is also the TMT industry leader for the firm's Mainland China and Hong Kong practice. Wilson is based in PwC China's Shenzhen office.

Wilson has been leading and supporting the PwC global network across all lines of service - Assurance, Taxation and Advisory - to provide one-stop professional solutions and services to companies in the TMT industry, as well as to clients looking for reinventing themselves through digital transformations.
Wilson has been working in the public accounting practice in Mainland China and Hong Kong for more than 30 years. He has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory services to companies in the TMT industry, ranging from start-ups to global tech giants, for capital market transactions, assurance engagements, systems and controls advisory, and deals.
He is a practising member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Accountants, China Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Wilson is also an adviser to the Internet Advertising Board of Hong Kong.
