Eric is the Chief Strategy Officer of KOS International Holdings Limited (8042.HK), leading the development and execution of corporate strategy to spur growth and sharpen business performance for the group. Being an expert in finance, operation and law, Eric is skilled in strategic planning, managerial finance, and investment analysis. Eric has served leading roles in professional firms, venture capital and listed companies including Deloitte, Macquarie Group and Soul Capital. Eric holds a Master of Laws degree focused on Corporate and Financial Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree focused on Finance. Eric is a practising fellow member of HKICPA, member of ACCA and CPA Australia.

Christine Tsang
Board Vice-Chair, The Women’s Foundation
Biography
Christine Tsang is the Head of Operational Risk Control for Investment Bank APAC at UBS. Her career has focused on internal controls, operational risk and risk governance, with audit and consulting experience from Big 4 Accounting firm and second line of defence risk roles in various banks.
Christine is passionate about social, diversity and environmental causes and has been Chair of CSR and gender diversity committees in several of her previous employers, she is currently a business captain representing her department with UBS’s Community Impact. She has been the board director of The Women’s Foundation since 2019, previously Honorary Treasurer and is currently the Vice Chair.
Christine was recently the Regional Councilor representing Asia for Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand (‘CA ANZ’) in 2022, Chair of the HK Council in 2015, and currently honorary advisor and board director of CA ANZ HK. She has been a FCA since 2015.

Francis Ngai
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk)
Biography
Mr. Francis Ngai is the Founder of Social Ventures Hong Kong. As an Impact Designer for cities of the future, he has founded and incubated hundreds of social innovation projects since 2007, with a portfolio that spans Hong Kong's first venture philanthropy fund, notable social start-ups, and next generation impact talent programmes.
In order to empower NewUrban movements like "Purpose Business & Start-up", "Exponential Philanthropy", "Impact Storytelling" and more, Francis founded SONOVA and COSMOS with co-partners within SVhk.
Francis was recognised as Honorary Fellow of the City University of Hong Kong and the Education University of Hong Kong. He was one of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Persons and a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum.
As a vegetarian ultra-runner, Francis completed the 250-km Gobi March of the 4 Deserts race series and in 2013 became the first Hong Kong runner to finish the North Pole Marathon.

In addition to her role as Director, Melissa is also an active member of the firm's DEI committee, leveraging her expertise in recruitment and her passion to promoting inclusivity in the workplace. Melissa collaborates closely with regional committee members to develop and implement DEI initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive culture within the firm.
