    Winnie Lai People & Organization Director, Head of Area South, Greater China DB Schenker Biography   Ms. Winnie Lai has been with DB Schenker since 2019 as People & Organization Director, Head of Area South, Greater China, and has built a rewarding career in renowned corporations like DHL, Dairy Farm and Philips Electronics.   Winnie is a passionate and people-centric HR leader. She is also a Certified Career Development Facilitator who keens on accelerating business flourish by aligning employees’ career goals with organization’s objectives.   With more than 20 years of experience in various industries including supply chain, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals, Winnie has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies across the globe in matrix organizations. As a HR leader, finding right talents, develop and empower them to pursue their career and organizational goals are what Winnie values the most. During her time in HR leadership role, she was instrumental in launching company-wide D&I programmes to build a culture where embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    Dr Stephen Wong Head of the Chief Executive's Policy Unit Biography   Dr Stephen Wong Yuen-shan is currently Head of the Chief Executive's Policy Unit.    He was previously Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF)'s Senior Vice President & Executive Director of Public Policy Institute and a member of the Legislative Council.   He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago, Master of Arts from Yale University, and Doctor of the Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong.  He held managerial roles with several global financial institutions, including as Executive Director at UBS (London) and Managing Director at Royal Bank of Scotland (Asia).   He held a number of public service positions, including member of the Board of the Financial Services Development Council and the Urban Renewal Authority.

  Joanne Chan Deputy Chief Financial Officer Animoca Brands  Biography   Joanne oversees multiple finance functions at Animoca Brands, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, enterprise risk management and governance. She is also responsible for driving finance transformation efforts to upgrade financial systems and capabilities, and building strong business partnerships across group companies.   Prior to joining Animoca Brands, Joanne was the Senior Vice President of Finance at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), where she built its APAC and EMEA finance teams, created performance management frameworks, budget planning methodologies, financial and operational reporting systems and data & analytics capabilities, and implemented incentive schemes to enhance business intelligence and performance. Previously, Joanne worked at the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (KMB) in Hong Kong across strategy, planning, operations and corporate governance roles, and also a management consulting firm in New York serving global financial services clients. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    Anthony Cheung Managing Director and Head of ESGPolymer Capital Management Biography   Anthony Cheung specializes in Green & Sustainable Investment, ESG Investing and Climate Governance in Asia. Anthony is the Managing Director, Head of ESG at Polymer Capital Management and he has served various asset management roles in London, Singapore and Hong Kong including Gartmore, Pictet and BNP Paribas. Anthony is a Visiting Fellow of Sustainability and Capital Markets at University of Hamburg. He was the first in Asia who attained the Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) designation and was awarded Regional ESG Leader Award by Insights and Mandate (I&M) in 2019. Anthony actively advocates sustainability governance best practice. He currently serves as Supervisory Board member of the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA), and Steering Committee member of the World Economic Forum Climate Governance Initiative (CGI) Hong Kong. With his deep ESG expertise, coupled with his experience serving in various industry positions and board directorships, Anthony works closely with financial industry and asset owners to promote ESG best practices and initiatives in Asia.

  The Honourable Duncan Chiu  Legislative Council Member Technology & Innovation Constituency   Biography   Duncan is an advocate of local Tech and Innovation policies, a tech entrepreneur, a veteran investor and is often regarded as the leading figure in Hong Kong's Tech and Innovation sector.   In 2022, Duncan was elected to the 7th term of the Legislative Council, representing the Technology and Innovation Constituency. Duncan has been a key contributor to Hong Kong's T&I development. He is President of Hong Kong Information Technology Joint Council and Convenor of Innovate for Future, a think tank re presenting some of the leading startups. He is also Chairman of HKTDC Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Services Advisory Committee, Chairman of Advisory Committee of the Department of Systems Engineering & Engineering Management of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Member of Advisory Commit tee of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.   Duncan is also Member of Hospital Authority, Chairman of its Information Technology Services Committee, and Chairman of Hospital Governing Committee of Tin Shui Wai Hospital, Secretary General of Asian Squash Federation, Chairman of Hong Kong Squash and Chairman of Lai Yuen Company Limited.
