Biography
As one of the founding members of the Robert Half Hong Kong’s Financial Services Team, Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the industry.
She has established herself as a leader in the field, renowned for her expertise in talent acquisition, staff development, and strategic planning, earning a reputation as a trusted partner to many of the market’s leading organizations.
In addition to her role as Director, Melissa is also an active member of the firm's DEI committee, leveraging her expertise in recruitment and her passion to promoting inclusivity in the workplace. Melissa collaborates closely with regional committee members to develop and implement DEI initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive culture within the firm.
Currently, Melissa manages the Technology and Financial Services Operations team, which specializes in Trade Support, Fund Ops, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Projects, Business Transformation, Data and Cyber Security across all sectors.
