Biography
Jennifer is Head of Customer Lifestyle, China, Cathay Pacific. She is an experienced Strategy and Transformation Leader with management rotations in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore and Shenzhen. She joined Cathay Pacific as a member of Swire Leadership Programme, and has led various business functions such as sales and marketing, strategic transformation, customer loyalty, and customer experience design. Her current role is responsible for developing Asia Miles by Cathay as a loyalty currency, and growing Cathay Membership Programme in Chinese Mainland, in particular Greater Bay Area.
